The Mantimahle coalition were an impressive group of male lions. They held a portion of our concession from 2017-2019, and were dominant over the Sand River pride before the two Avoca males.
Subjectively, they were some of the largest male lions we had ever seen, which only increased the excitement associated with watching these big cats.
